Scan at the finish

Questions
Can I use a digital parkrun barcode instead of a printed one?
Yes. parkrun accepts barcodes shown on a phone or watch, as long as the scanner can read them. It's still worth carrying your printed barcode or wristband as a backup in case your battery runs out.
How do I add my parkrun barcode to Apple Wallet?
Enter your athlete ID on scanme.run, choose your usual events and tap Add to Apple Wallet. On iPhone the pass opens straight in Wallet. On a computer, scan the QR code with your iPhone camera.
Does it work on Apple Watch?
Yes. Passes added on your iPhone appear on a paired Apple Watch automatically. Apple Watch can't show the classic barcode (Code 128), so it shows a QR code with the same athlete ID instead. The scanning app used at events reads QR codes.
I have an Android phone. Can I use scanme.run?
Yes. Use Save as image or Add to home screen. The offline barcode page works on any phone and can be added to your home screen like an app. Google Wallet support is planned.
Free for every parkrunner, thanks to people like you
scanme.run is built and run by one parkrunner, with no ads and no accounts. Hosting and Apple's developer fee cost money every year. If it saves you a lost barcode, a coffee keeps it free for everyone.
